Overview: My name is Jay Hodge, a songwriter who lives in the greater Los Angeles area. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and graduated from Wake Forest University. I am a member of ASCAP. I am the creator and writer of "Guitar-Pickin' Chicken". I got the idea for this song from my memory of chickens scratching dirt on my Grandfather's farm in Polkton, NC. Under Nite Sky Records, this song was played by DJs across Europe and Australia. I received a lot of favorable comments from the DJs. They had a blast spinning my chicken!
